Caption.Ed captures everything in one central place – whether that’s your transcript, the audio or video recording of your session, your slides, or your notes – meaning that users only need to refer to one single source when it comes to reviewing content.

Finally, Caption.Ed is platform agnostic, meaning that it works wherever you do. It’s compatible with Mac, Windows, and Chromebook, can caption anything that provides audio, and works alongside any third party meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

If you have more specific questions about how Caption.Ed differs from other providers or inbuilt solutions, you can book a call with the team.

The main difference is the allowance of captioning minutes. An individual licence gives you access to 3,000 captioning minutes a month whereas an Enterprise licence gives you access to 9,000 minutes a month. That’s enough captioning minutes to cover a 37.5 hour working week.

With an enterprise account, you can also:

  • • Enable SSO (Single Sign On) for all users in your account
    • Set a data retention schedule so that your Caption.Ed sessions are only retained for as long as you want them to be
    • Roll out custom vocabulary for all users. This means enhanced accuracy if you work somewhere which frequently uses unique terminology or acronyms.

The contract is billed annually.
